Cancelation Policy

DAILY & WEEKLY RESERVATIONS – Must make any changes or cancel 3 days before your reservation to get back your deposit minus a $5.00 cancellation fee.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS – We require a $105 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per month of your reservation. This deposit does get applied to your monthly rent.

Fees are NOT REFUNDED for early departure and NO RAIN CHECKS. We are not responsible for early departures necessitated by weather, illness, work schedules, personal emergencies, or other situations affecting our guests.
